چکیده
This paper represents a rather shortened version of the first part of a report the title of which can be found in the parentheses following the title of this paper. It deals with a method which enables to realize a random sampling of well-formed formulas of an appropriate formalized theory by using random numbers. Some possibilities of application of this method are mentioned in the closing section. First an appropriate formulation for the first-order functional calculus is described in this paper. This formulation arises when Gentzen's sequences calculus, Church's Pj-calculus and Ohama's calculus are combined together (as to Ohama's calculus see [1]). Then a procedure is constructed, transforming any sequence of indices (including random ones) into a well-formed formula of a formerly given theory based on the above formulated first-order calculus. In the theorems 1 — 3 some principal properties of this procedure are described. Questions which arise in connection with methods for a further investigation of the formulas we have obtained are not investigated in this paper and will be left for the following one. The suggested program, describing the above mentioned procedure in FORTRAN and based on the method of so-called pseudorandom numbers, which is enclosed to the report mentioned above is not enclosed to this paper because of its extent.

Study on the effect of forest stand distribution pattern on results of different estimators of the nearest individual distance method
The Nearest Individual Sampling Method is one of the distance sampling methods for estimating density, canopy cover and height of forest stands. Some distance sampling methods have more than one density estimator that may be skewed to the spatial pattern. Unless the stands of the trees under study have a random spatial pattern. Therefore, the purpose of this study was evaluating the effect of s...

متن کاملScheduling and Stochastic Capacity Estimation of an EV Charging Station with PV Rooftop Using Queuing Theory and Random Forest
Power capacity of EV charging stations could be increased by installing PV arrays on their rooftops. In these charging stations, power transmission can be two-sided when needed. In this paper a new method based on queuing theory and random forest algorithm proposed to calculate net power of charging station considering random SOC of EV’s. Due to estimation time constraints, a queuing model with...

The nearest individual method (NIM), Nearest neighbor method (NNM) and compound method (CM) are distance sampling methods that are being applied to measure the plant density (numbers of individuals per unit area). Density is one of the essential structural characteristics in forest stands and useful to understand the dynamics of the forest. The present study aimed to find the most adaptable dis...
